🚀 Getting Started
Set up your profile
Go to Settings. Fill in your name, stage, and role. Hit Save Changes.
Add your first project
Click the + New Project button on the Projects screen. Give it a name and description, then hit Save.
What's on the Dashboard
The Dashboard shows a summary of your projects, interviews, and tasks. It updates automatically as you add data.
How to get around the app
Use the left sidebar to switch between screens: Dashboard, Projects, Interviews, Customers, Competitors, Partners, and Settings.
💡 Projects
Edit a project
Click on any project card. Use the tabs to fill in the Overview, Target Customer, Problem, Solution, and Pricing sections. Click Save when done.
Delete a project
Open the project, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete Project. You'll be asked to confirm. This cannot be undone.
Mark a project as complete
Open the project and click Mark Complete. The status changes to Completed on your projects list.
Generate a Launch Readiness Report
Open a project and click the Readiness Progress tab. Click Generate Report. The report opens in a new tab. This is a Premium feature.
Fill in the Problem and Customer tabs
Open a project and use the tabs at the top. The Target Customer tab covers who your customer is. The Problem tab is where you describe the pain you're solving. Fill in as much detail as you can — it helps the Readiness Report.
🎤 Interviews
Add a new interview
Go to Interviews and click + New Interview. Fill in the contact's name, email, and which project it's linked to. Click Save.
Send an interview invite
Open an interview and click Send Invite. An email goes to the contact with the interview details. Requires a valid email address.
Mark an interview as complete
Open the interview, add your notes and insights, set the status to Completed, then click Save.
Link an interview to a project
When creating or editing an interview, pick the project from the Linked Project dropdown. This ties the interview data to that project's Readiness Report.
👥 Customers
Add a customer
Go to Customers and click + Add Customer. Fill in their name, email, and company. Click Save.
How customers connect to interviews
When you save an interview, the contact's name and company are automatically synced to your Customers list. You don't need to add them separately.
Filter customers by project
On the Customers screen, use the Filter by Project dropdown at the top to see only customers linked to a specific project.
🏆 Competitors
Add a competitor
Go to Competitors and click + Add Competitor. Enter their name, website, and any notes. Click Save.
Edit a competitor
Click the Edit button on any competitor card. Make your changes and click Save.
Remove a competitor
Click Delete on the competitor card. Confirm when asked. This cannot be undone.
🤝 Partners
Add a partner
Go to Partners and click + Add Partner. Fill in their name, type, and which project they're linked to. Click Save.
Partner types
You can categorize partners as: Advisor, Supplier, Distribution, Technology, or Strategic. This helps organize who helps you with what.
💳 Subscription & Billing
Upgrade to Premium
Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing and click Upgrade to Premium. You'll be taken to a secure checkout page. Premium is $9.99/month.
Cancel your subscription
Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your Premium access stays active until the end of your billing period.
What's included in Premium
Premium unlocks: Launch Readiness Reports and advanced validation features.
⚙️ Account & Settings
Change your profile picture
Go to Settings. Under Profile Picture, click Upload Photo. Pick a JPG, PNG, or WebP image under 2MB. It saves automatically.
Change your password
Sign out and click Forgot Password on the login page. You'll get a reset email. Follow the link to set a new password.
Sign out
Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click Sign Out.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Danger Zone and click Delete my account. You'll be asked to confirm. All your data is permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
